The company supplies these eco-friendly adhesives and sustainable raw materials internationally to insulation companies in the United Kingdom, Poland, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. Aerobel's products stand out for their technical and ecological performance: they are up to 35% more efficient than traditional insulation materials, water-repellent, fire-resistant, and acoustically insulating. Moreover, they are produced from waste streams, perfectly fitting within a circular model.
We are looking for them for an ACCOUNTMANAGER for the United Kingdom – Flooring Insulation & Cementless Screed.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to further expand our market position for our high-quality binders. These binders are used in top-performing insulation mortar (EPS mortar) and cementless screed applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our distribution network, developing new partnerships, and maintaining relationships with installers across the United Kingdom.
TO BE PERFECTLY CLEAR
Aerobel sells chemical products to installers, and it is these installers who carry out the installation work on-site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You manage and develop existing direct customer and distributor relationships in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Switzerland, and Austria
- You identify, recruit, and train new direct customers and distributors in both existing and new regions

You promote and sell Aerobel's innovative binder solutions:
- Aerobinder & Ecobinder – binders for EPS mortar used to create insulating floor layers
- Aeroscreed – binder for cementless screed
- Aeromix FPU – binder mixed with EPS beads (without cement) for insulating floor applications - You support and visit installers across various markets, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped, and then refer them to the appropriate local distributors
- You drive sales growth by developing and implementing market strategies (e.g. presentations to architects, participation in trade fairs, etc.) to further expand the use of Aerobel's solutions
- You stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCES
- You have 0–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction systems or insulation
- You have the ability to develop and manage distributor networks and customer relationships
- You possess strong technical insight or an affinity with construction and insulation materials (a plus)
- You are an excellent negotiator and relationship builder
- You are willing to travel regularly across the United Kingdom
- You are proactive
